Click on any listing to view the seller's WhatsApp number or phone number. You can call or WhatsApp them directly to inquire about the property.

Yes. Sellers on our platform come from verified newspaper ads. However, always take precautions: meet in public, bring someone with you, and never pay before verifying the land.

Currently, we provide direct phone and WhatsApp contact info. In-app messaging is coming soon.

No. Sellers never see your contact information unless you contact them directly.

Yes, completely free. You can search, browse, and contact sellers at no cost.

No. We don't take any commission. You deal directly with the seller, with no middleman. Whatever price you agree with the seller is what you pay.

We're building a sustainable business by offering premium features to agents and professional sellers (coming soon). For regular users, browsing and buying land will always be free.

Verify the seller's identity, conduct a land search at Uganda Land Registry, hire a lawyer, always get written agreements, and never pay before legal transfer is complete. Read our Land Buying Guide for more.
